We do not refund money once the product is sold. However, in case the product is damaged during transit, we will replace the same free of cost, with a new product (if the product is available). In case the desired product is not available, we will replace the damaged product with any other product of your choice in equivalent price.
Artbengal.com does not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged.
Before you return the Damaged Artwork to us, please take a digital photo of the damaged area of that item and one of the shipping containers it arrived in, attach them to an email and send it to us. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the product code, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement.
Artworks received in a damaged condition by the buyer may be returned to Artbengal.com within 48 working Hours in an 'as is' condition. In such a case, Artbengal.com will replace the product to the buyer.
However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition, and NOT because the buyer did not like the artwork he has purchased.
While great care is taken to reproduce the colors and form of artworks exhibited on the website, there may be still little variations since, each artwork is individually made. Moreover, there may be some difference between a photograph and actual work. Any complaint in such cases will not be entertained.
All artwork is checked by Artbengal.com to ensure that it closely resembles the image. Therefore, we do not take returns. However, if the artwork reached the buyer damaged, we expect the buyer to notify the courier company ASAP (this is very important for us in order to process the return), get in touch with us immediately and send picture of the damaged product. (We would investigate the issue and accordingly, refund your product as quickly as possible).
All damaged products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
(Note: It is our policy that in the event of a disagreement, Artbengal.com holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any return if it is not reported within the mentioned time-period).

Fill out the returns form included with the artwork package explaining the reason for the return.
Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request form. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
